Day 7 smoke free

Recommended Posts

Congratulations dickster!!!

I managed to get away from smoking using the patch (WalMart generic), been smoke free for almost 3 years (Oct. 21st). The patch took the edge off the physical cravings, will-power did the rest.

So glad I got away from that crap. -kd5-

Way to go dickster. I'm on week 7 myself..no meds just stopped.

Cravings aren't as much an issue as forgetting I don't smoke anymore.

I'm forever reaching in pocket for non existing smokes and lighter.

Very strange.

I'm glad you've succeeded in getting away from that crap dickster! I celebrated 42 months smoke free on the 21st, I'm so happy I finally got away from them myself. Can't stand to be anywhere near cigarette smoke or the stench of someone who just got done huffing away on one. I'm glad they passed laws prohibiting smoking inside public buildings too. I wish more people would stop, I never realized just how nasty it is until I quit smoking. I wonder just how much of my life I've regained. -kd5-

Just think of the things you can do with that extra 3 months of your life saved. Go on a vacation to Germany for Oktoberfest, or visit some exotic island. Plus, you have saved so much money. Enjoy the extra money, time and your health. :):b33r:

Any crazy dreams yet? Few guys on local radio station were on that and one of them had some crazy dreams, but otherwise they were clean and non-smoking.
