Change Mode

There have been no other reports of updating issues that I know of since the server got back on line some weeks ago.


Sounds like something may have gotten corrupted. A complete uninstall/reinstall may be in order.


Go to Start>Programs>PC Pitstop>Exterminate>uninstall PC Pitstop Exterminate and run the uninstaller.


Once that completes, go to My Computer>C:\>Program Files>PC Pitstop>Exterminate and delete the entire Exterminate folder.


Then go to Start>Run>type "regedit" without the quotes and hit the 'enter'key.

Once the registry editor opens, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PCPitstop\Exterminate and delete that folder as well.


Now do a reinstall with a new copy of the program from here:



You will need your license key for this procedure.
