Change Mode

adjust ie browser cache size

Recommended Posts

Hi paolini,

Your TechExpress link is either not correct or it timed out.

If you wish to correct it, click on the second link down this page & it will show you how. You will have to run a new test to correct it or click on the previous test results & do it there.

What version of IE are you running. IE6 or IE7?

Regards,

Hi LH_Dude,

Welcome to the Pit. :)

Give THIS a try.

Also, I don't think the test is updated for IE7 & may give a false reading for the temp file cache.

Hi again LH_Dude,

The following was posted on a thread I was working on recently.

IntelGuy: Dec.29/06 (Administrator) There is an issue with the browser cache size in IE7 and the Pit test. We are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.

Regards,
