You shoud be glad that Exterminate found the Trojan! No antivirus program can delete or 'fix' what you have.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Download HijackThis! from here:

http://radiosplace.com/

2. Put HJT (HijackThis!) in a permanent folder (it makes backups) by doing this:

Click My Computer, then C:\

In the menu bar, click File->New->Folder.

That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or

"HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there and double click to run it.

3. Open HJT, click on "Do a system scan and save logfile". The logfile will be saved to

notepad.

4. Start a new topic in our HJT forum

http://forums.pcpitstop.com/index.php?showforum=25

5. Copy and paste your HJT log from notepad in that new topic.

Please be patient as we have a lot of people with malware infections

and all of our Trusted HJT Advisors work on many

forums :adios:

DO NOT post your HJT log in this

thread

I'm sorry, but that's just completely false. Many antivirus programs are capable of removing this infection - including my preferred software of Prevx1. Here's their information on what they call Puper - Trojan ECodec:

http://virusinfo.prevx.com/viruscenter.asp...;GRP=4812100013

Their free trial will also scan and remove this infection free of charge. :)
