I too purchased Pitstop Optimize last week using PayPal and still do not have anything. I wrote you and asked about it but have not heard anything. Could you please help me?

I remember your ticket from the help desk and trying to look up your order in our PayPal account. Your order Charge Status is at UNKNOWN, which means we did not get a response back from the payment gateway. I have searched our PayPal account, and there is no order with an order ID that corresponds with the order ID in our shopping cart.

 

From our end, it looks like your PayPal payment was not received. Can you please check your PayPal account and verify that the money has been withdrawn?
