how long does it takes to get your license keys

I purchased optimizer today, received an email to say thank you for the purchase.

No license key noted. Checked email for 30 minutes, nothing.

What now, will cancel my purchase in the morning.

License key delivery should have been immediate. Did you check any spam folders you may have? I tried to look up your key and I can't find an order from either the last name or the email address you used.

 

Did you purchase directly from PC Pitstop or through one of our partners such as CA? You may want to open a ticket at the help desk so we can get more information about your order:

OK, I have pop up blocker activated, if your company uses a pop up screen for activation then it was blocked. This may be the problem, which may be good on my behalf. If pcstop has problems with ms windows then I will not need or can not use it. Check the records, if no money has been assigned to your company, thats fine. If money has been assigned, cancel my request for a refund.

We do not use popups at all.

 

I do not have a record of an order from your email address or the name you provided. If you purchased the product from one of our partners, you should check with them at the links below for licensing issues or refunds.
