I purchased Optimize two days ago. The "product license key" is INVALID. I have contacted your customer service department however, they FAILED to respond to my requests. I chose your product because Maximumpc recommended it. Since you have chosen NOT to respond to my requests please refund my money immediately.

You may want to check your spam folders. Both of your contacts to our help desk were answered.

 

Your first one was answered in 3 hours and 49 minutes. Your second one was answered in 9 minutes.

We sent them to the email address you supplied. The messages were not bounced back to us. We did not fail to respond.

 

As stated in our the second response, your license key is a valid license key. I used it to activate my own copy of Optimize. You were twice sent instructions on how to get the key to work.

 

Your order has been refunded, as per your request. Please destroy any copies of the license key.
