I don't know much about computer's. I bought PC Optimize because everytime I ran the free programs it said my internet connections weren't optimized so now they are. Everything seems to be running great except my clock is gaining about 25 minutes to the hour. Is there a connection? Or should I just take it to the shop? (The clock was fine before)

There is nothing that Optimze does that I know of that would cause the clock to run fast. I have heard of the clock running slow, but I don't recall hearing of one that runs fast.

If you are running Windows XP, you can check you Windows Time synchronization by going to Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services> and scroll down to the bottom and see if Windows Time is set to 'Automatic" and is started.

If it is not, try that and see if it helps.

You also may want to post a Tech Express link with a description of the issue in the User to User Help forum:

Thanks so much for your suggestions. After one week of the clock running too fast I turned off my computer and the problem went away. I love PC-Optimize and am off to look at other products.
