playing my xbox on my pc monitor?

Just a generic VGA switchbox will do the trick.

 

Google for one. They're usually in the range of 50-70$.

whould i be able too switch res? like if my lcd monitor goes too 1280x1024 will the xbox run on that res?

 

this should be great because i cant stand playing games on tvs anymore lol

 

and the ony game i like on systems is forzaa lol

No, the Xbox will only run at 640x480, unless you turn on progressive scanning, then it will go up to 1024x768 I believe?

yes, it does have teh hd output if you buy the cables and then it will put out at the hd levels. if you look into it, MS probably sells the piece you want since HD uses dvi connectors also. if you want the higher output, you'll need to find a compnent video to vga(or dvi) adapter for your monitor
