Guest jeanna13 Posted May 23, 2003 Share Posted May 23, 2003 new dell computer 56 k. it is slow and alot of times i get blank pages. also, when i try to download windows updates, it just sits there, never downloads. i can leave it on all night and it never downloads. i try to go to dell website, the page is blank. it also freezes up. i am new to computers, and need help. can i adjust settings to correct all this? if so, which settings. this is our second tower from dell any help would be great! bandwidth down tested speed: 17 kbits/sec bandwidth up tested speeds: 40 kbits/sec ping latency: 1085 milliseconds come on all you smarty pants! thanx!
