PC Optimize?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have PC Pitstop's Optimize and PC Tool's Registry Mechanic. Do these accomplish the same objective or should I use both?

Thanks

Both products have a registry cleaner but Optimize also tunes your internet settings, cleans up your hard drive of junk files and also adjust some window registry settings to improve your overall system performance. Registry Mechanic has a very deep registry cleaner it will clean up many more registry errors that Optimize does not find. We design Optimize to run fast and a deep registry clean takes a very long time. I would recommend running Optimize weekly or month when you want a quick cleaning and Registry Mechanic periodically when you have time to run it.

Thanks,

Keith
