  1. I got an email from you which says none of my devices have been cleaned despite my using my PC MATIC weekly.
  2. Does PCMatic work while using a VPN and if so, what VPN services are recommended by PCMatic?
  3. My name is Christopher. I downloaded PCMatic to my laptop. I didn't have any problems. When I tried to download to desktop, I keep getting a ShellExecuteEx failed, code 1053 msg. I've went to the pitstop customer service page like they told me to download new product, pcmatic, and download and it downloads but when it gets to running security scan, it gives me the ShellExecuteEx failed msg everytime. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks for your time.
  4. iamgem The problem I am encountering with PC Matic is the scanning ends with an error reported during the High Level Threat Scan with the message that an error has occurred and PC Matic must close. Up to that point every scan works exactly as it it should (and I suspect that every scan after will do so as well). I have not installed Super Shield because I know that there is a conflict between it and the current antivirus software that I use (Spyware Doctor with Antivirus). I have had no problems over the 2 years that I have been using both programs together (both programs are currently uptodate) until about a month ago. I also use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Advanced SystemCare 5 and System Mechanic Pro with never any conflicts among any of them. There were no recent updates to any of them before this problem developed other than the data files which each uses. I have removed or disabled each of these programs (as wll as others) one at a time and tested PC Matic but the problem still occurs -- I have even tried re-installing PC Matic but with no success in fixing the problem. 5. Hi everyone, I bought PC Matic a while back. Its does a good job most of the time but there are times after it scans I only want to apply some of the fixes it offers too. There are some that I dont want it to change as those cause problems. Is there a way to just have it fix certain things and not everything? Thanks, Mark P.S. I know you can pick which scans it does but thats not good enough. 6. I've held off using PCMatic because I wasn't sure about whether there is any conflict with my favorite AV - Microsoft Security Essentials. So please enlighten me. I'll be very appreciative. Macktownjoe
  7. I want to run a full scan but I do not want to delete my cookies in Chrome (no one else ever uses this machine and I have a lot of log in info save). Is there any way to selectively delete IE cookies or just choose the ones I want to keep?
