    When Lubuntu 14.04 first came out, the Properties tab was present for all Start Menu Programs but did not work when right-clicked as nothing happened and no other box popped up with the Start Menu Program "File Properties" information, such as the executable info, etc. Then the issue was fixed. The Properties tab is right below the "Add To Desktop" tab. Now the issue has returned when I upgraded to Lubuntu 14.04.1. Once again when you right-click on the Properties tab for any Start Menu Program nothing happens and no "File Properties" box pops-up. Is there any way to correct this issue via a configuration file? Or is there still a bug present? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Lubuntu 14.04.1
