I've been trying to run the PC Pitstop to find out the compatibility of my HP laptop but I\m never able to view the results. I get 1 of 2 error message and sometimes I get the survey (I don't fill it out, just press enter). One message tells me that I have cookies disabled or blocked on my browser but I had gone through the article on how to enable cookies on Internet Explorer and yet all of my cookies settings were correct. My name is Christopher. I downloaded PCMatic to my laptop. I didn't have any problems. When I tried to download to desktop, I keep getting a ShellExecuteEx failed, code 1053 msg. I've went to the pitstop customer service page like they told me to download new product, pcmatic, and download and it downloads but when it gets to running security scan, it gives me the ShellExecuteEx failed msg everytime. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks for your time.
