  1. A few days ago, my laptop quit loading the Facebook sign-in page properly. It has some of the text, but it is all on the left side and stacked and layered on top of each other. And even on my Google search page the graphics are no longer there. I have two other computers that are working fine, it is only my laptop that this has happened to. When I discovered it not working, I ran my PCMatic Scan and it did not help, and of course, it has run automatically several times since and it still has not recovered. I don't have a clue what happened to it.
  2. To download a copy go to your account settings, then click the " Download a copy of your Facebook data ." link . Facebook will send to your e-mail a special link where you have to type your password again. It will takes sometime to collect and archive the data depending of how much you have on the account (pictures, games, etc..) NOTE: This a sensitive file, so beware where you save it.
