  1. So I installed PC Matic, followed all instructions exactly (at least I THINK I did?) ran the scan, went back into the "pitstop" only to see that no test results are found and it appears as if my 2nd computer of 5 is there, but NOT properly added. When I click to see test results, it tells me "cleanup" needs to happen. Apparently cleanup is part of scan? Why can't I get the cleanup to work? How do I know it is successfully installed and running on my 2nd computer?
  2. If you are not the kind of person that use Ccleaner or similar programs you can tweak the Disk Cleanup that comes with Windows to works slightly better from default. First of all create a System Restore, just in case you make an error could fix easily. Then open the registry (press Windows logo on keyboard + R, then type regedit) and go to the following key - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersion ExplorerVolumeCachesTemporary Files - In the right pane, right-click "Last Access", choose "Modify" and enter a value of 2 for example - Click "Ok" Disk Cleanup only erases temporary files that are older than 7 days, but now it will erases temps older than 2 days. In my opinion, Ccleaner do a better job erasing temps, but not everyone loves these type of programs.
