  1. I have a Dell desktop computer and whenever I run PCmatic I have to roll back the Realtek audio driver to get sound back. I just ran it on my Dell laptop and now have no sound on it, but I do not have the option of rolling back the driver. I'll spend several hours trying to resolve this, and will probably stop using PCmatic. This is beyond frustrating! It seems that this is a PCmatic problem. It would be nice if I could tell PCmatic to NOT update particular drivers. Is this possible?
