Note: after I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware there were a list of files that I quarantineed, as a result I was unable to connect to the internet, so I then went back into Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and unquaranteed those files, thus I was able to get back to this site and post the results of the two logs... I don't know which ones should be quaranteed or not....

  18. I followed your instructions as per the above, I have Chrome as my browser, and I still have the problems. Web pages are popping up all over the place.
  19. I must have a browser virus as when I click on a link a new tab appears for other sites.... Another tab popped up and it said: "Attention Windows os user: your microsoft computer has been blocked.." "Computer system alert! System has been infected due to an unexpected error" "Please contact Microsoft Technicians 1-800-291-9660" I ran PC Matic 5 times to try and get rid of this problem, rebooting after each and every clean.....I don't understand why PC Matic can't fix it.... Would appreciate your help..
  20. I posted about the problems I'm having, I even sent pics of the popups.....to date I haven't heard anything..... http://forums.pcpitstop.com/index.php?/topic/204566-problems-with-popups/
  21. Is PC Matic supposed to control popups? I am using Internet Explorer 11 and no matter how high I go on that sliding scale those same popups keep recurring. If the control of popups is not part and parcel of PC Matic, could someone point me in the direction of a proven and tested popup stopper. Thanks
