  1. I did all of that and still get the same error. Do you think it might have something to do with the missing msi.dll or whatever that is?
  2. I am a newbie when it comes to things computer related. What would the proper installer be? And my PC is 64 bit. And yes, I am trying to install on a Windows PC. What anti-malware scans do you suggest?

I just got an iPad 2 the other day and have a big problem. I can't download iTunes to my computer because I get this error:"iTunes64Setup (8).exe - Bad ImageC:UsersDanDownloadsmsi.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."I don't have any idea what that means and I've looked it up and tried to find answers but I can't figure it out. Any suggestions on how to fix this error? This is killing me lol.
