  1. Hi, My name is SUBHANKAR & I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Its not clear what exactly is the error or what all steps you are trying to do however after multiple attempts if system restore does not work try FACTORY RESTORE which will delete all datas however try using an external hard drive or an USB Flash drive to back up all datas & then try for Factory restore by continuously tapping F8 after powering on the system. Hope that would resolve the issue. Thanks, DELL-Subhankar S.

If it’s green need to power-cycle the printer & then check whether the system is getting the printer IP otherwise uninstall the printer completely from control panel & reinstall the printer driver from manufacturer’s website. Make sure you install the printer driver using USB first & then can connect the same wirelessly. Hope that would resolve the issue. Thanks, DELL-Subhankar S

  7. Hello, My name is SUBHANKAR and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. It seems to be an issue either with the memory or with internet explorer 9. Considering it to be an issue with IE9, would request you to please uninstall IE9 from control panel & then restart the system. Restarting the system will automatically load INTERNET EXPLORER 8 & then check whether the issue has been fixed. If not then it’s an obvious case with the memory of the system that need to be replaced. Hope that would take care of your concern. Thanks, DELL-Subhankar S
