i got my uncached speed normal now 1.9 on my laptop i had too restore the computer what make the uncached speed go down so i know if it does it again i know how too raze it?

how do you change it too fat32 and 16 clusters? my laptop ony came with the restore cds

i made it flat 32 and so far its up too 1.6:) still says needs defrag and low c: but i think it becaze it needs defrag:)
