  3. Hi chto, Please follow these instructions .. Download HijackThis! from here: Put it in a permanent folder (it makes backups) by doing this: Click My Computer, then C:\ In the menu bar, File->New->Folder. That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it. Click on "Do a system scan and save logfile". The logfile will be saved to notepad. Start a new topic in our HJT forums Copy and paste the HJT log from notepad in that new topic Please be patient as we have a lot of people with malware infections and all of our HJT Trusted Advisors work on many Forums Regards pacman123
  4. Hope you have a great day stormy.....
  5. Hi fireresq7, Your HJT log is posted in the wrong part of the forum, you also have wordwrap checked, please open notepad and on top: click Format >uncheck Word Wrap This will enable the advisor to check your log easier. Then, rescan with HJT and post a fresh log. Here please be patient as the advisors work on several forums so it might take a while for one to respond.. Reagards pacman123
  6. Hi cobalt1, Some info here but i think you would be better advised to post HJT log. Regards pacman123
