  1. Sorry. In my haste, I never read the "read this first" part. I'm currently doing a couple of online scans and will try to post correctly in a new thread once they are done.
  2. Hopefully someone here can help me. Norton auto protection detected a trojan horse. I am now unable to use norton or do any other scans and I keep getting a "Bad Image" error. Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2 Scan saved at 2:49:45 PM, on 7/14/2009 Platform: Windows Vista SP1 (WinNT 6.00.1905) MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6001.18248) Boot mode: Normal Running processes: C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Engine\16.5.0.135\ccSvcHst.exe C:\Windows\system32\taskeng.exe C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe C:\Windows\System
  3. I'm trying to set up my laptop with Vista Home to remotely access my Desktop with Windows XP Home and I can't seem to get it to work. I do have the option to "allow remote access" on my pc with XP Home Edition on it. Is there a better way to do this or can I even do it? My laptop is connected to the internet through a wireless router connected to my pc. Can I do some sort of networking to access this. Sorry, but I'm almost completely incompetent when it comes to this sort of thing. Thanks
