  1. After the recent PCMatic upgrade, I'm now getting the following error message when scanning (it pops up numerous times during the scan): "File: PCMATICUI.js?32486 Line 6 Error: Unable to get property 'attr' of undefined or null reference" Why is this happening and what can I do to prevent it from popping up?

  3. I can run the scan at the Panda site, and it finds a Trojan and some other things. However, I'm having trouble removing these things at the Panda site--it keeps prompting me to pay for a subscription to have stuff removed, but I've already paid! When I try to contact their tech support, shortly after a blank email pops up, I get a blue screen telling me I have a serious error, and I am forced to shut the computer down. I went to Trend Micro and scanned with no problem. It removed what it found; however, when I re-scan at Panda, it still finds things that need disinfecting. What

It looked like it was going to work, then I got the following message after okaying the Active X control: "PCPitstop Panda AntiVirus Scan Setup: Error opeing file for writing: "C:\Program Files\PCPitstop\AV\ASMDAT.DLL" Hit abort to abort installation, retry to retry writing the file, or ignore to skip this file. " Now what?
  5. When I click the link the do a virus scan, I get an error message that says, "Unable to initialize PAV: Missing DLL or DLL version mismatch." What do I need to do?
