  2. I have uninstalled and re-installed CA security suite, email protection is now working. System is responding well although I have not tried all application yet. Is there anything else you need from me or are we done? Thank you.

  5. In your directions it says to run Kaspersky online and post the report. Then it says to download the Microsoft setup disk files, run that with Combofix and again post a Kaspersky report. Do you want to run Kaspersky online again after running Combofix again?   7. Just for my own information, why insert the hyphen in the combo-fix name? Also the command you give to be pasted into the run cmd window does not have the hyphen.   9. I will update the reader. I thank you for all of your help. I think I have found a new online home. I am very involved with computers, but I am more hardware oriented then software. I am not ashamed to say that I am not as well equipped to deal with the virus / spyware issue as I should be. I again thank you very much. I think it's time for both of us to have a cold one
  10. I was unable to find either rssnel.com or xvyr.exe. I did the other thing you suggested and the system seems to be fine. I am posting one more HJT report.
