  1. All is running well, and no threats or viruses seem present. Thanks for all your help!
  2. Yes, I've followed everything. I just deleted the QooBox and ComboFix folders. In addition to deleting the ComboFix.exe from my desktop, can I also delete the Windows XP Boot Disk also saved to my desktop?? Thanks!
  3. Okay, rebooted, the computer's running at a decent speed. However, I ran my anti-virus and the same threats and/or viruses I mentioned at the beginning of my posts still seem to be present. Here's a screenshot. What can I do from here?!? Thanks!
  4. Alright, well I had already run all of the scans including ComboFix. No noticable difference in how the computer's running, but it seems okay. I have not restarted yet, nor have I run my antivirus to see if the original threats/viruses are still present. Here they go! Thanks! 5. Okay, I finally ran all of the necessary scans and procedures. Can I go ahead and restart or should I wait until you've seen the logs? Once I restart I'll be able to tell you if the computer's running and better and if I'm getting the same alerts from my anti-virus protection. I've got all of the logs saved and ready to post. Thanks!

  7. Thanks for all the advice. Juliet, I went ahead and ran a HijackThis log and posted it in the correct forum. If anyone can help, here's the link to that post. Thanks! http://forums.pcpitstop.com/index.php?show...=155411&hl=
  8. Hello.. I had a problem with a virus that was slowing my computer down extremely! I ran ComboFix and it seemed to get rid of most of the problem, as my computer sped up and was near back to normal. However, my Trend Micro PC-cillin is still alerting me that the following is an infected file, with virus name crck_keygen.fq. Infected File: C:\System Volume Information\_restore{129201FA-B0AC-49B3-96B2-DEB8B91E727B}\RP551\A0051677.EXE Additionally, after running a scan with Trend, I see I have 11 threats for the CRYP_TAP-2 virus. The are all dll.vir files located under C:\QooBox\Quaran
