  1. Hey Smelly welcome to the pit and hope you enjoy the upcoming competition.

  4. Hey Kram if your looking for the best bang for the buck and plan to overclock a low end Core 2 Duo with good ram is the way to go. But if your not looking to overclock stick with an e6600 and some cheaper ram. On to another question at hand, the board you pick is important for max fsb. For max fsb I like the asus p5b deluxe. And as for timings stick to 4-4-4-12 if you can. Check out this thread if you want to know how an e6300 and good ram will do on air and watering cooling. http://www.theraptorpit.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=351
  5. A couple of other memory deals. http://shop3.outpost.com/product/5162136 http://www.buy.com/prod/crucial_ballistix_.../204538864.html
  6. Just a reminder its May 2, let the games begin. http://www.pcpitstop.com/techexpress.asp?id=934FHW1SQUWSCE4W
  7. Its nice to see some benchmarks, but still don't see any at e-tailers.
  8. Read over the rules and have to agree Superpi scoring needs adjusted. I like that there is still a few weeks to get new video cards.
