  2. Hola yall, Seems they released a new client on 4/17 that allows you to specify exactly what cause you want to contribute to, as well as fixed some bugs/security related items. 5. Update: The support page has been fixed. Thanks for your patience! Tx
  6. Hola @Richardb02 and Please accept my apologies for the frustration, it does appear that our support page isn't functioning properly. I've notified our devs so they can correct it. In the meantime, please keep your eyes open for an email from one of our Support Team. If you don't see one soon, please be sure to check your spam box/folder as well. Hang tight! Tx
  7. Hola @DCouand Firstly, thanks for your support of our software! Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of what we do as we only support our own products. You could post down in the User To User section and someone might be able to help you, but our forum rules prohibit telling someone directly how to reset a computer's password or share software that could enable that. That said, maybe someone will be able to point you in the right direction. Tx
  8. Hola @Wes and Product support is done strictly through our Help Desk. They can be reached at https://www.pcmatic.com/support/ Tx
  9. I've been babysitting mine as much as I'm able. If I see they're inactive, a reboot almost always makes them pick up a WU. I'm not sure how or why it works, but it's far more effective than pausing the client or force closing it in task mgr. Tx
  10. Hola @Andy_the_Dancer Thanks for your support in both [email protected] and our software, PC Matic! If you continue to have problems with PCMatic, please reach out to our Customer Support team at https://www.pcmatic.com/support/ They'll be able to get you squared away! Tx
  11. @rarelyrong Thanks for the update and info! I'll pass this along to our support team as well as our developers. Tx
  12. Mornin @rarelyrong, My apologies for not understanding what you'd posted before, but clearly there's something goin on with the browser that's not rendering the page correctly. Keep an eye on your email, you'll be receiving an email from our Help Desk so we can get this sorted for you. Hang tight! Tx
  13. We do have at least one post up on FB and we also put out a "call to arms" within our application. When you open PC Matic, near the top right, you'll see where we asked customers to participate. I believe we'll have another FB post up shortly as well. Tx
  14. Ok, that helps us understand where the breakdown lies. From the support page, click Technical Support at the bottom of the list, on the next list you're offered, click PC Matic Product. The next prompt will be to see if you're a Home or Pro customer, click the appropriate one, from there see if your issue is listed, if it's not, then click My Issue is Not Here! and follow the prompts. Hope this helps, Tx
  15. Hola @rarelyrong and Thanks for your interest in our software! Out of curiosity, do you have a red banner on your screen that's right above your post, just like in the below screen shot? I ask because if it's not present on your end, either the forum software is faulty or you have clicked the X to close it. It's purpose is to facilitate our customers in receiving the support they seek with the least effort. As to your issue, I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulty in getting PC Matic installed on your machine, but our Customer Support team can
  16. Oof, that makes a difference and admittedly, I've very little experience with raid. Maybe someone else can better answer you with regards to that. Tx
  17. Hola @Jerry_Coppa and I see that you did reach out to our Customer Support team, with this being a product support issue, that's the best place to get the right info to resolve the problem. Please respond with how yall get this resolved, I'm curious myself. Tx
  18. Good deal and thanks again for your support! Tx
  19. Hola @cmcd and Thanks for your support of our software! I'm sorry it wasn't working as expected, can you give me some more info as to when this was taking place and when you uninstalled PC Matic? As well, please try reinstalling to see if the performance issues persist. If they do, please reach out to our Help Desk at https://www.pcmatic.com/support/ so we can get more info and get this resolved! Thanks for you patience and help! Tx
  20. Hola @mrobards @eBud and This is because of a security setting in the latest versions of macOS. Right-click on PCMatic.pkg then click on 'Open'. Then it'll give you the popup but with the option to open it anyway. If you don't have a right-click on your mouse, you will want to hold down the "Control" key while clicking on PCMatic.pkg Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Tx
  21. Hola @Becca and I've not encountered that myself nor have I heard of it. Would you please open a trouble ticket at our Help Desk so we can get some more info and get this addressed? A ticket can be opened at https://www.pcmatic.com/support/ Tx
