  1. Hola @Brad and Thanks for your support of PC Matic! We've identified a problem and are working on a resolution. Thanks for your patience! Tx
  2. Thanks for the update @fuserx and your patience! Tx
  3. SO glad to hear this! I was ready to Hulk smash my computer one day, till I realized what was happening and I could repeat it. As for traffic here, I think we all grew up, moved on to other interests and social media that's in real time, not like forums where you have to refresh a page, have taken the luster of the once great message board/forums format. Tx
  4. Hola again @fuserx Please accept my apologies for all the headache this has been, I've escalated this to upper management. You will be contacted today via email with further instructions, please keep your eyes out for it. If for some reason you do not get the email, please double check your spam folder. If nothing in either, please PM me here, I will make sure you're contacted. Thanks again for your patience, Tx
  5. Hola @Ax Slinger, long time no see! If you're using a wireless mouse+kb and have a device connected near its receiver and transferring data, it will interfere with the mouse's operation. To confirm it's the problem, when it starts exhibiting this behavior, move the mouse closer to the receiver and see if the problem goes away. My computer does this every time I plug something in that's also transferring data, I have to move my mouse to the other side of my desk till I'm done with the other device. Hope this helps, Tx
  6. He's alright, I don't care what anyone says about him. Tx
  7. Hola @Martin B and You could grab an inexpensive, USB wireless adapter and call it a day. That's what I'd do if my integrated wireless adapter was givin me grief. Hope that helps, Tx
  8. Hola yall! I know this will be difficult for some, but as a means to make our forums more secure, we need to change the manner in which we login. Currently you're able to login with your username and is less secure than using your email address associated with your forum account. If you're unsure of what email address you used when you created your account, you can check like this. Once you're logged in, click your username at the top right, click Account Settings and your email address will be listed there. If you no longer use that email address and would like to change it, this is the place for you to do just that. We plan to roll this change out on 10/28/2021 so we all have time to prepare. Thanks for you understanding and patience!Tx

  10. Hey bubba, You've not been canceled, nor has your long time member status changed. The forum's software updates contained these "badges", but are meaningless overall. They're intended to lend credence to members based on their activity, if I'm not mistaken. Hope that helps! Tx
  11. Hola @daniellouwrens Digital Certificates expire all the time, this won't have any bearing on Super Shield's protecting you. Tx

  13. Right on, I haven't messed with overclocking in a while, haven't needed to with your typical modern computer. I would say though, if you're unfamiliar with OCing, be very careful or just don't do it, you can kill your computer. Tx
  14. Hola @John Clark and Is this software of yours meant for overclocking or related to monitoring a computer post overclock? Just trying to get a sense of what it is so I can make sure this post is in the subforum that will net the best exposure and help. Tx
  15. Ty gryebeau! And thank you too @Guns for faithfully posting grats for our team members! Tx
  16. Hola, While larger drives do take longer to format, that's excessive. I don't believe connecting internally will matter. I'd restart the machine altogether as a first step, then ONLY use quick format. Hope this helps, Tx
  17. Have a fun and safe trip. Tx
  18. Hola Bob, as a potential alternative, if you have an Android device, this may "solve your problem". https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.accessibility.soundamplifier Tx
  19. One I never got to meet in person. Miss you round these parts I_G. Tx
  20. That's good to hear, sorry it was such a hassle. Tx
