  1. Hello @Wayne T. and Thanks for your interest in our software! You can purchase PC Matic on a CD, but the machine must have internet connectivity for PC Matic to install. However, if the machine will never have internet connectivity, it wouldn't get definition updates, be able to run scan and clean functions after you get PC Matic Home installed. If you are going to allow internet access after installing PC Matic Home, then it will function as expected. If you've any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team at https://www.pcmatic.com/support/ They are available 7 days a week, from 7AM to 1AM EST. Tx

  3. Hola @kooljwa and What is the device you're trying to get a driver for and why are you trying to get one? Does the device not work properly, etc? Generally speaking, if you're offering your email address to get a program from some site, you're tacitly approving of being spammed. Tell us what's goin on here and maybe we can help solve this without you having to give up your email address. Tx
  4. Is this a superceded part of what you had or an entirely different mobo altogether? Tx
  5. Hola @cyrus noble and To the right of the computer name on the first screen of PC Matic is an option to remove any computer that has not been optimized within the last 60 days. Computers that have been on the license more than 90 days can be removed without having to wait 60 days from the last scan and clean. Just click on the "X". Please let us know if we can be of further assistance or the name of the computer you need to have deleted. Tx
  6. Hola @Claude Sawyer and To reinstall PC Matic or install the program on an additional computer, download and install the program by clicking the link below: https://pcmatic.com/download Once the program is installed, launch the application, and login to run the scan. For PC Matic, you only need to login with the same registered email address , and password as was previously used for the original installation. Do not click on the 'Register' or 'Edit' option or otherwise try to use the license key again. To reset your password click the link below: https://www.pcpitstop.com/support/#/kb/login-issue If you do not receive the link to reset the password in just a few minutes, be sure to check your junk mail folders both on the local email client and also at the online email program. To install SuperShield directly click the link below: https://supershield-files.pcpitstop.com/pcmaticss3.0.23.0-setup.exe Click the link below for a video guide for adding computers. 12. Oof, after lookin your device up and checking its specs, you have 4 options. 1. Uninstall apps that aren't essential, regardless if you occasionally use them. 2. Try adding a micro SD card to moves pics and app data(that it'll allow) or possibly use as internal storage . 3. Factory reset the device and start completely "clean", as if it's a new device. 4. Buy a newer, unlocked device(Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL are fantastic and affordable) that will work with the sim card in your current device. Tx
  13. Can you tell us which of these is what you have? https://m.gsmarena.com/zte-phones-62.php Tx
  14. OK, you did these things already and weren't able to install the updates? What kind of phone is it? Tx
  15. Hola @lorriehe There are a couple things you can do or try. I'd start with uninstalling any apps you don't use. Next, you can go through the apps you do use and want to keep, and delete the cached data for each of them. You could also ensure that your pictures and videos you've saved have successfully been backed up to your Google Photos account, if they have, you can delete them from the phone to reclaim space. Those are what I'd start with. If by chances it doesn't help, post back and we'll try again. Tx
  16. Thanks for the info, Everything I'm seeing is it's a rather old hard drive and if you're wanting to ensure its contents cannot be recovered, I would take a drill to it and physically destroy it as it's worthless in terms of today's use cases. If you can't do that, a sledge hammer will work as well or maybe call local computer shops and inquire if they have a degausser that they're willing to erase the drive with for you. The degausser is just a very strong magnet and it will rearrange the magnetic media on the platters, thus physically destroying the data. Hope this helps, Tx
  17. Hola @DarleneM and It sounds as if it has some form of write protection in place. Can you provide the make and model number so we can try to better help you? Tx

  20. Hola @Jimmy J and IMO, uBlock Origin paired with its companion, uBlock Origin Extra, is the most effective combination. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin-extra/pgdnlhfefecpicbbihgmbmffkjpaplco Those can both be used in Google Chrome and the new MS Edge. If you use Firefox, look in its store for the same things. Tx
