  1. I couldn't get the kaspersky to work on my laptop I'm going to try it again right now.

Please,please help,my daughter's laptop is really slugish and she is really upset.We just bought this used.It's a Toshiba satellite A135-S2386,ive done all the scans I could think of upgraded the memory from 512 to 1.50,I don't know what else to do.Thanks to anyone who can help,all you guys have done so much for me in the past I don't know where I'd be without sites like this.

  8. One more question.I have AVG and windows defender,do I need both and if not which do I get rid of? I also have Super anti spy ware and spy ware guard and malwarebytes Anti malware.Seems like a lot.

  14. My PC didn't recognize my Zen mp3 player after I did all this,Is that normal?

I ran into another little problem today,I tried to get into my pictures and a blank box popped up with a red x and yes and no tabs,but that's it nothing was written in the box.I pressed no and it said something about sending info to microsoft then said explorer stopped working even though I was using Firefox and the browser closed.So I went through all that agian and the same thing happen except this time I chose yes and the same thing,but my pics popped up.Have no idea what that was all about.
