msinfo32.exe doesn't require a reboot. It's easier
-
I upgraded the day Firefox 2 came out
-
Updated BIOS can give more options and more stability
To find your BIOS version run msinfo32.exe
-
If you can get me the model # of your sound card I can find you drivers for it. I go to a lot of driver sites.
-
In Ff2 to import bookmarks you have to go to bookmark menu and click organixe bookmarks to import
-
I don't think upgrading to Firefox 2 should do that
-
Of course I have a thousand add-ons.
-
Not at all. here's a screenshot of my browser to show you how similar they are.
A good trick for viewing IE websites on Firefox is to use the IEtab extension. It uses IE within a Firefox tab to view a website.

I can't tell anything from that picture. There is a much easier way to take a screenshot. In the upper-right corner of your keyboard there is a button that says print screen over system requirements. Press this button and it takes a screenshot. Now open a paint document and press ctrl+v to paste it in.

The first thing I would do would be to upgrade to Firefox 2
-
What browser are you using?
Could you get a screenshot of the message you get?
-
Your internet connection may be cutting off while you're downloading.
-
Do you have integrated sound or a sound card?
You might have uninstalled the drivers for your sound card or the integrated sound

Also some Anti Spyware programs will give false positives when running against others.
You cant go wrong with AVG and Zone Alarm.
I agree. AVG has never failed me. I'm too cheap to pay for it and it's still the best program I've used.

It says max temp is 70something though.

Yet another reason why I hate AOL with a passion. I'm trying to help my grandpa with all of his AOL problems and it is just terrible
-
Stil better than my cheap :filtered: fan cooler. It wouldn't stay on my mobo. It fell off and my CPU temp went up to 85C and then shut down. I may have fried it.
-
It's not just your CPU having problems. Everything seems to be crawling. Try updating the BIOS
Oh, and

Welcome to pcpitstop. I think I have a solution. look at
-
And I thought I overdid it.
Too many security programs can conflict with each other. Make sure too many aren't using an autoprotect at the same time
-
I'm scared. I just ordered a TT Bigwater SE. I hope it doesn't leak.
Here's the techexpress for my prescott. It kinda sux.

I'm pretty sure this is the right BIOS. Double check to make sure, there are a couple of ms-7125 mobos.
