  1. Just an update. Tried lots of things but no joy so have had to Format!! Thanks for trying to help peeps!
  2. OK now getting BSOD and this: STOP: 0x000000C4 (0x00000060, 0x00000000, 0X00000010, 0x00000001) "A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced by a working version :help:
  3. Arrrrggghhhh! now not booting at all getting a missing dll error?? Also says on BSOD that faulty driver found (or something like that?) but not tell me what it is?? U think a re-install is the way out or will it happen again? If I put in 2000 cd will it install over and fix?

  7. No nothing new but Windows did update the other day u think could be interfering? Have Nero 6 on at mo do have 7 but not put on? Has just happened 1 st time when Windows running.   8. Just started getting this on my Win 2000 machine. Get BSOD on boot up and then this message with reference to 80432306 base 80400000 at ntoskrnl.exe. Thought it was ram so removed a stick and OK but next boot up gone again! Put stick back in and OK? Tried several combinations of ram and as far as I can see no single stick? Could it be the recent Win 2000 update? Anyone else? Just started happening?
  9. OK put on 1 HD on MB and tried to do install = same! So recon my MB shot!! Time for a RMA I think! Still gonna cost me £10 + postage! Grrrr! Thx fr help guys. BTW have u noticed we all joined this new Forum around the same time? I'm 47 allen41547 = 48 dickster = 50 Cool! :beer:
  10. OK moved to another slot = Same ACPI errorTried to flash BIOS again = Same also when flashed BIOS got this "CHECKSUM = 46FC Are you sure update BIOS?" Will try with 1 HD but looks like MB to me?

  12. Yeh set bios to Optimum. This was when flashing new bios (did it with both versions) Almost as if BIOS not going in too well. Can't do test cause have no OS!
  13. Oh also deleted and re created raid set.
  14. I have been doing F6 and raid drivers on floppy. Even did new floppy (thank god for another PC!). One thing I did notice is that when I put the new BIOS in was getting CHKSUM **** (numbers cant remember) error?
