  1. Hi I have a similar problem to this but only when I click on "check for update" and then all I get is "cannot connect to server, please try later" Otherwise everything works fine! If I disable my Norton firewall, it connects with no problems. I already have the program "optimizer" as a permitted item in the firewall, how should this be configured to allow access to the updates without having to turn the firewall off please? Many thanks
  2. Yes, that would be great if the scans were to test on the drive that has the operating system installed Thanks for the help
  3. In all the tests that I run using PC Pitstop it selects Drive C as my main drive, whereas my PC is configured so that Drive E is my main drive. I have 4 hard drives 2 x 40GB IDE as drives C and D which i just use for storage and music etc. I also have 2 x 160GB SATA drives running as Drives E and F, my main operating system being on drive E. Both the vista and PC pitstop full tests give incorrect results because of this, however i can easily deduce fromt the vista results that my PC is perfectly adequate for running windows vista, it would be nice if the tests scanned my E drive instead!
