  11. ok i have like 3 days with my problem, and i tried everything and nothing works... i disconnected the computer from the power cord and connected it back again didnt work,check the cooling fans for dust it was clean,did a virus scan no viruses found, did system restore didnt work,did SYSTEM RECOVERY didnt work, none of the things i did could solve my problem!! but the weird thing the computer doesnt shut down in SAFE MODE... dont know why, can some one help out???   18. intead using recovery disk...just unistall stuff she wont need, do a windows update and download updated drivers from your manufacture, and do disk clean up and defragment i would recommend Auslogics Disk Defrag,you could download and antivirus AVG FREE EDITION to check theres any viruses and remove them and thats it i think the laptop will just work fine... do a PC PITSTOP FULL TEST !! to check for some other problems
  19. i need to install a game but theres only 2 files .MDF and the size its 3.63gb and another .MDS and the size its 4.22kb how could i install the game if i only have this 2 files its there any software or do i need to burn them on a dvd or something?
