  1. Now where's that like button? Has to be around somewhere......
  2. Thank you. I've always thought it was a good thing. You might say I have a personal interest in it now.
  3. Eh.....I am a Debbie, so I'll leave it. It's all for the same good. Honestly I thought I'd gone by my name,Debbie, before. I never even looked up my teacup61 name. Addendum ~ I did put a passkey on it, right from the start.
  4. No, sir......This is what I'm looking at : http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=userpage&teamnum=32035&username=Debbie
  5. I just went and looked at my stats page and it says I've been turning them in, last one yesterday. Maybe it just took some time to start showing up? @dianamite ~ Always start with the basics. That's usually where the problem lies. Like wondering why the new printer won't show up on the computer....you have to plug it in first.
  6. I noticed there isn't much going on there, especially when you compare to when I first came here in 2006. I use W7....I skipped Vista all together...yuck! At first I really missed my XP! I like Linux Ubuntu, and Bruce introduced me to SUSE a LONG time ago.
  7. Heh....I may be a girl, but I know what I'm looking at here. I made sure everything was running properly in my processes before I let it go. Now, here is a snippet from my log, and it says I've been turning in WUs : 12:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:Finished Work Unit:12:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:- Reading up to 3558984 from "00/wudata_01.trr": Read 355898412:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:trr file hash check passed.12:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:- Reading up to 529832 from "00/wudata_01.xtc": Read 52983212:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:xtc file hash check passed.12:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:edr file hash check passed.12:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:logfile size: 9740912:56:31:WU00:FS00:0xa4:Leaving Run12:56:32:WU00:FS00:0xa4:- Writing 4194149 bytes of core data to disk...12:56:34:WU00:FS00:0xa4:Done: 4193637 -> 3926575 (compressed to 93.6 percent)12:56:34:WU00:FS00:0xa4: ... 8. Wow....I don't know, Caintry. Everything looks good and shows to be running fine on the console, so I never bothered to keep a close eye on WUs. Any way I can look closer and see exactly what might be happening? Hi Hawk....of course I remember you. I've been here almost 8 years now....I guess I better know who you are. Yeah......there are a lot of folks missing, but there are still some of my favorite treasured friends here, and that's why I came back.
  9. Hi there, thanks, and nice to meet you as well.
  10. Ah, good....glad I did it then. And thank you! It's nice to be among the living again.
  11. One question, please....I don't recall a passkey when I set up originally. I went ahead and put one on it....was that best, or not?
  12. I haven't been here in a couple of years now....some of you know why. Anyway, I went to the stats page and saw I was still at #21, so I decided what the heck.....I still leave my computer on 24/7, might as well. It's been 5 years since I folded, but I got it all up and running now.
  13. PC Pitstop is a very small forum indeed. Bleeping Computer has over 250,000 members, and at peak times every day there are almost 2,000 people in the forum.
  14. How about a little vid?
