  14. Ok, I completed all the steps. I currentaly have access to all the browsers that I said above except Opera ( of course thats the one I like). We only use a couple of them but I was trying about anything the other day. The cleanup tool worked great saved alot of time. I am going to go through this again this weekend to see if it helps Opera. If not I guess I will have to use something else for a browser Thanks for all the help. PS: Should I leave the ad-aware settings as is? Should I run another test? Thanks Rick

Out of this group I could only find Command in the Add/Remove area "Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the following: Command Search Assistant WebSearch Tools WeatherBug CursorZone Go!Zilla" I can't find these files when I am in safe mode. The only way I can find them is if I do a search then I cannpt delet all at once as there seems to be several folders inside of the Temporary Internet folder. Is this the right area to be looking for these folders? "C:\Windows\Temp\ C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ C:\Documents
