  1. i'm testing my rig to see if both of my Xeon processors are working properly. I think this test shows that they are not. http://www.pcpitstop.com/betapit/sec.asp?conid=25641364 dque54
  2. still tweaking. http://pcpitstop.com/betapit/sec.asp?conid=21987690 dque54

  7. trying windows7 beta added SSD I know you should not defrag SSD's, but do you think atleast once will hurt? dque54 http://pcpitstop.com/betapit/sec.asp?conid=21941679 How do I get that little orange box beside my posts, like everyone else?
  8. I have just purcased 2 2gb corsair dominator TW3X4G1800C8DF , but I don't want to install it if I will not increase my performance. I'd rather return it while its new in sealed package. I'm currently running 2 1gb corsair dominator TWIN3X2048-1800C7DF. Of course corsair says the 4gb (2-2gb TWIN3X2048-1800C7DF) does overclock very well. Should I give it a shot or just leave well enough alone? http://www.pcpitstop.com/betapit/sec.asp?conid=21053315 dque54
  9. i've got windows vista set for best performance. http://www.pcpitstop.com/betapit/sec.asp?conid=20732411 dque54

  11. Does anyone know if a 64bit OS, performs better than an 32 bit system, especially in raid 0 array? I just think my scores should be higher at my clock speeds after OCing. dque54 http://www.pcpitstop.com/techexpress.asp?id=9S6HHWW6SKWSYERV
  12. I'm considering upgrading to a new Hitachi Ultrastar or Barracuda 32mb cache buffer harddrive, still at 7200rpm. Does anyone think I will get significant performance gains by going from a WD sata II, 16mb cache to a 32mb cache, while staying at 7200rpm's? dque54
  13. I'm not a pitscore junkie, but do you think the Intel E series processors will give me a better score? Such as the E6600, 6700, or the 6800. http://www.pcpitstop.com/techexpress.asp?id=9S6HHWW6SKWS03MW dque54
  14. I made this post earlier but someone erased it. Several reviews out now are saying the new Thermalright 120 Ulta Exreme, even though its not copper, can run 10C cooler than the XP90C, because its larger and has a better design. Its fins are aluminum, with 6 heatpipes attached to a nickel based heat sink and a 120mm fan. This all sounds good to me coz i'm not ready for water cooling. But sounds a little to good to be true. any feedback would be appreciated. dque54
