  1. This is what it says: There are no subscriptions to show, try selecting a less restrictive date range
  2. The emails aren't coming to this board, they are coming to my actual email address

  5. It had been set like that, but I was still being notified of new subjects on this forum. I did reset it and will see if that works. This just started happening a few days ago after I was in "my controls". I might have done something else that could have triggered it. Who knows, I'm not to smart when it comes to computers.
  6. Thank you for the reply! I have gone to my controls and did what you said, but there are no subscriptions listed. I received another 3 in my email this morning. As usual, I'm probably not understanding something.

  11. I'm sorry, but I know NOTHING about computers. Thanks for the response. Could you tell me how to do this? Delete ScanDisk files: Start Windows Explorer and look in the root of your C drive. Delete any files there that have names of the form FILE0000.CHK.

  13. Hi Jacee - I am not aware that I had mozilla, I didn't download it. This was a friends computer and I had my information from my old one transferred onto this one, could remnants have been left on it? Also, how do I look in the root of c drive? I am a complete illiterate when it comes to computers, so any help I get is very much appreciated. I'm kinda the one who needs step by step help. Thanks Char

  21. Hey Mark, just checked it out and restarted my computer and the security center came up the way it should have. Have to thank zowie for the recommendation and for you urging me on...... thanks, I think the problem is solved, FINALLY!!!!!! LOL
