  4. I've used Soulseek since 2003 and have since had no particular problems. But then I got a new computer about 1-2 months ago, from emachines, and this started happening. By the way, I share about 1200 files on the new computer, while on the old one, which I got in 2003, I share 4000 files and no recurring slowdown problems from it (I still use it too).
  5. Occasionally, when I have Soulseek on for at least over 4 hours, sometimes the computer slows down to a crawl, while the computer sounds like it's trying to load up something big. 7. So far, I've only used AVG, but are the other two just as good? (meaning even less on the system resources and more hitrate, etc)
