  1. Sorry for the late reply. I do have an old CRT moniter but sample videos that came with Vista look fine and pictures I downloaded before the problem look fine too. I guess it's some setting that needs readjustment but I have no idea what.
  2. I ran Windows Defender and it didn't find anything wrong. What can I do now?
  3. A window popped up and that had directions to follow so the MP3S would work. I have no idea what they were.
  4. Hi. I have a two year old computer, Compaq Presario, Windows Vista Home Premium, Intel Pentium D processor 820, 1024 MB memory, 250GB hard drive. I'm having problems with picture quality. Pictures on the internet look blurry and the colors run. This happened after I followed instructions so MP3s on the internet would not have dropouts. They work fine now but now pictures look bad. Pictures I downloaded before the problem look fine. Maybe the problem has no relation to the settings changes. I'm not computer literate. I just get by. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
  5. Pictures that wont resize look blurry. I tried right-clicking on some and the pop-up window had a choice that said "show original image". When I clicked on that, the page reloaded and the picture looked clear. Why does that happen? Maybe I need to change the resolution on pictures on the internet but I dont know how. I use MSN Explorer.
  6. Hi. I have a Compaq Presario SR2180NX, 250GB harddrive, 1024MB memory, Intel Pentium D Processor 820 and an eight year old moniter. Lately, the pictures on the internet I've looked at have been out of focus and the colors run togeather. They used to look fine. When I look at pictures I saved on my harddrive they look OK. I'm not that computer literate. What could be the problem? I use MSN for my ISP. Thanks for any help.
