  1. looks like you need to use the Wave Reader 3 software to interact with it. page 9 has a table of passwords for you, none are admin:admin also, make sure you're only using the top right ethernet jack, the others are for keyboards and other devices with RJ45 connectors. you could also check the feed live when you power it up if you have either a coaxial (screw in) type for your tv, or the svideo cable. http://www.norbain.co.uk/downloads/manuals...uct_Manual).pdf
  2. and you ^^ all should try to populate the northern part of your country... ya, not gonna happen either place, LOL
  3. though i believe they go off the NADA value of the loan, not the actual loan amount? i can't seem to get any more info on this though i hope it's this way since my nada value is quite a bit lower than my actual loan amount, sadly. edit>> **whew** found out it is off the NADA value so it'll only cost me a bit over 400, but then again, that means i'm close to oweing 3x what my car is worth. lesson learned here is to not take a loan on a car! now i'm curious though as to what happened to all the requirements for titles and what not that are stated in the dps regulations?! when i talked to the lady, she said all i needed to do was have the lien holder fax a copy of the title. the dps says that when i move there, i'm required to have bought my title for a fee and have it in hand, LMAO
  4. ya, but the parish and city tax equal 5.5% :`<
  5. so as a final part of our move next week, i was calling the OMV down in lousiana about getting my car registered there well, aparently i have to pay all the tax all over again and it's going to cost me well over a grand to be able to drive with my ~20,000 car loan!!!!!!! this is flippin ridiculous
  6. if it's your first time trying out raid, make sure you have something in place for backing up data.
  7. autopatcher rules!!! basically, it's a tool that puts all the windows update into one package for ease of use
  8. yup, try reseting the modem and router first. Always the first step in trying to diagnos internet issues with broadband. that said, you mentioned that you are using free wireless internet in your APARTMENT...... have you thought about talking with your landlord/manager about this issue? since it's not actually your connection and you don't have access to anything beyond your own pc,,,,, that limits what we could suggest to help you out at all. since it is an apartment though, stop by a couple neighbors and ask them if they are having the same issue with the wireless network. if they are then you need to call landlord. if not then atleast we know it's your pc that's having issues.
  9. as far as i'm aware, that's a DSL connection, so that means pretty much any router will work aslong as your DSL modem has an ethernet port and not a usb port. best ones out there, well, depends on what you want your router to do really, and what wireless standards you want. D-Link DIR-655 right now is looking like one of the better pre-N products, but i'm personally waiting for the dual-band routers to come out before going N. using the G standard,,,,, i'd say any really. it's been around long enough that you basically just need to look at the features you need/want to pic which one. WRT54G(s) models are cheap, ~50usd, and get the job done from Linksys.
  10. well, if i could get paid to drive myself on my normal routes, i would do it, lol. reminds me last year near election time, a pickup had a lighted billboard straped into the bed and was driving around w/ it, LOL
  11. i believe it is usually done to a company car and u get to drive it around, i haven't really inquired though.
  12. i've seen 2 of these types of cars here in akron area. one is for diversified transportation and it's every day on my way to work, lol. if you aren't a young kid looking to be all cool, then it's a great option in my opinion.
  13. my 66gt overheated once (i'm assuming) and melted the fan right out of the heatsink, it was dangling by the wires. i was having unexplained game issues also, LOL
  14. whatever is cheapest? i picked up my x2 3600+ from newegg at the production cut for under 50.... runin it at 2.5 now
  15. windows will also tell you that your devices are running at usb 1/1.1 if they are indeed usb1/1.1 and not usb 2

  18. that's intresting bruce, maybe i've been printing very balanced photos, but my ip4300 w/ 5 tanks ran out of all the tanks at the same time, lol i think i'll get on tigerdirect and get the epson all in one on there then since it's 25 after rebate. need one cause my business inkjet 1200 can't do borderless prints and doesn't spray a small enough droplet to make photos look like a real photo, they're blurry, lol
  19. priorities? not everyone gets on here and camps, lol
  20. here's the thing, i don't want to drop a boat load and i don't need absolute lab quality. I basically use it for christmas cards and then just sporadically through the year for photo prints. I have a network printer for my everyday use. i don't want to spend a bucnh of money though and my current ip4200 has sat for maybe half a year unused so i don't want to get ink for it and have the print head cloged and need replaced costing more money. CD/dvd printing is a nice plus, but most units that i can find for sale that have this use like 6 ink tanks and that will simply cost a boat load to replace inks. any help???
  21. horror stories ya, lol, time warner took over the comcast service here and we've just started getting our service back to normal now after like nearly a year. comcast had some serious issues
