  1. Yes that might be true and it can also be that you have programs running in the back ground while you are doing your burnning. Nero itself needs all it can get when you launch it plus burning at the sametime needs all the power from you CPU so why dont you run a Pit test and post it so we can take alook and see what you have ok. How to do it>>>http://pcpitstop.ibforums.com/html/helpfiles/techexphelp.htm
  2. Burn process started at 8x (11,080 KB/s) Change the burn speed from 8X to 4X in Nero and also go to Nero website and get the latest update for the version Trust me not all media that say Max burn speed 8X will burn at that speed. PS: Welcom to the PIT Firmware for RD-162>>>http://www.rosewill.com/download/index.aspx
  3. the problem might be with the mouse driver if you have another mouse with its device driver, uninstall the mouse driver first, plug in another mouse and reboot. Install the driver and see what will come of it :crash:
  4. It can be awhole lot of stuff why the system crash all the time you use the media :crash: Programs>>It can also be that your power supply is not strong enough>.It can be a bad driver>>It can be anything>>Look into event viewer and into System error log and see what it say when the crash took place and even post it here and let others in the Pit see it ok :crash:

  10. Make sure you have filters on the other phones and also your fax machine if you have one. Also make sure you use the cord they send you for the phone line to the modem and get rid of the old one which is outdated. :crash:
  11. The modem maybe a bad one itself and they need to send you a new one>>>>you need to call Verizon and let them check it ok >>they can do it over the phone plus there is a reset button at the back and you have to use a pin or a tooth pick to press it. :crash:
  12. None of the scan you run will pick up the msmsgs.exe>>You just have to disable it :crash: http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/msmsgs.exe.html
  13. Avoiding WinFixer in the future 1. Keep your system fully patched - including Windows, anti-virus software and anti-spyware tools. 2. WinFixer is included in many 'free programs' or modified versions of free programs downloaded from untrusted sites or file sharing networks. There have been reports that some installations of Limewire and a modified but unauthorised release of Internet Explorer 7 Beta have had WinFixer inserted. As a general rile. during the installation of free software, take a moment or two to see if they mention other bundled programs. 3. Most quality free programs do not have a budget to advertise, so beware of ads that offer something for free. Normally they include some kind of adware/spyware. :crash:
  14. This is for the DyFuCa>>>http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-dyfuca.html This one for ISearchTech>>http://vgscomputerarchive.myblogsite.com/b...12/1222236.html

  20. By reading the post the user did all that i would say to do to try and fix the problem but it didnt work>>but If it was me I would have got to the point where I would say it is the burner itself that is not good and I would need to replace it with a new one.
  21. I can't say because I dont have the link to the post your talking about be if they have a fix in there for it go ahead and try the fix>>Plus again you always need to update the software because it also carry fix too
