I submitted at support ticket Saturday the 4th of January. I've not received an email and your support site is the worst, there is no place to check on existing tickets. My iMac Catalina, won't install PC Matic because it says it can't check the file for malicious content and won't start the install. I've watched the videos. I'm quite proficient with PC's but not so much with Mac. I need some live assistance or a refund.
