Under Troubleshooting/Help, click on Uninstall. Enter your PC Matic password, then click Uninstall. Once uninstalled, locate any other security programs and follow the developer's uninstall instructions before reinstalling PC Matic. Hi @physiomech3 To resolve the issue with the PC Magnum program being unresponsive: 1) Download and install the free Revo uninstaller from the link below and use that to uninstall PC Magnum completely. If you get an error message from the program uninstaller while running Revo, just click that message closed then hit the Next button in Revo to continue with the uninstall.
