  6. When clicking the initial scan win7 machine runs and then hangs on Skipping Benchmarks. It's been 'skipping' for over an hour. This is the third time attempting to complete the initial scan. Work around/fix available for this?

  9. When I try to open my Chief Architect software, I get an error message and I have to shut off Super Shield to use my software. This only started happening recently. How do I grant permission in SS to run CA?

  13. I have tried multiple time to get APPROPRIATE support from that site and they are, in a word, USELESS. The best that they do is reply with canned answers athat have nothing to do with my issues. I'll track down the CEO's email address. Maybe he can provide incentive to actually answer the question received.

  15. Greetings, I have been having an issue with a professional engineering application not working. This is a personal copy of an application I use for work. I was able to trace it to the PCMatic whitelist blocking the application's attempt to access the internet. I was able to get the app working in the part I needed. However, there are many others. The app's support emailed me a list of all of the places within the app that attempt to access the internet. However, there does not appear to be a place in PCMatic I can add multiple files manually by way of something like a text fil

  17. Hi PC Matic! I keep having this problem that when I want to run anything on PC Matic or if I set up a weekly automatic system check and clean up, PC Matic will not launch... same with PC Matic Super Shield. I have clicked on Run As Administrator, and opened the location, and various other things. I've spent hours on this and trying to get it to launch various ways but nothing will launch it and I like to make sure I run this weekly on all my computers and laptops but nothing. Can you please assist? Maybe the file is corrupted or I am not certain but each week this happens now.
  18. I am investing in crypto currency and my question or should I say my inquiry is whether or not this software will protect my personal finances in this particular asset? If not, is PCMatic working on a program that not only blocks and defeats attacks in this particular financial asset but also has 2-3 layer encrypted password and personal identification in order to fully protect me? Just thoughts. I am very dedicated to this asset and I think it is the future of decentralized financial wealth for all of us.
